Assistant Manager, Corporate Sales

Responsibilities & Context

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in tube, packaging, and label products.
• Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings to identify business opportunities.
• Manage existing corporate and key accounts professionally.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor B2B strategies, and pricing patterns to pitch innovative campaign ideas to management.
• Promote and sell laminated tubes, plastic tubes, caps, closures, and related packaging components.
• Develop business for primary and secondary packaging solutions and labels.
• Coordinate with production and technical teams to ensure product specifications meet customer requirements.
• Develop customized packaging and mold-related business opportunities.
• Coordinate with Production, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, Commercial, Finance, and Sales Administration teams.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (Pass) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Production, Chemical Technical/Engineering.

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Experience in the following business areas:
  • Manufacturing (FMCG)
  • Design, Printing & Publishing
  • Packaging Industry

• Age 30 to 38 years.
