Job Description
TÜV SÜD Bangladesh is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Technical Trainer – Information Technology & Cybersecurity to deliver instructor-led and virtual training programs covering internationally recognized standards, cybersecurity frameworks, IT governance, cloud security, data privacy, AI management systems, business continuity, payment security, and TÜV SÜD professional certification programs.
The role requires delivering highly interactive, hands-on, and industry-relevant training to working professionals, corporate clients, government organizations, and higher education institutions while maintaining high standards of instructional quality and learner engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom, virtual instructor-led, and onsite corporate training.
- Conduct practical demonstrations, case studies, workshops, and hands-on exercises.
- Prepare participants for certification examinations.
- Customize training programs based on customer requirements.
- Deliver executive awareness sessions for senior management.
- Facilitate workshops and boot camps.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Electronics, or equivalent.
- Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, MBA (IT), or equivalent is preferred.
Preferred Professional Certifications
- ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor or Lead Implementer.
- ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Auditor or Lead Implementer.
- ISO 22301 Lead Auditor.
- CISSP, CCSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+.
- GIAC Certifications.
- Microsoft Security Certifications.
- AWS Certified Security – Specialty.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate.
- Google Cloud Security Certifications.
- GDPR Practitioner.
- CIPP/E or equivalent.
- PCI Professional (PCIP) or equivalent.
Experience & Skillset Requirements
- 8–15 years of experience in Information Technology and Cybersecurity.
- Minimum 5 years of instructor-led training experience.
- Experience delivering training to corporate clients.
- Experience delivering certification training.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and learner engagement skills.
- Ability to simplify and demonstrate complex technical concepts.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer orientation and professional conduct.
- Willingness to travel across Bangladesh and work on weekends when required.
