What Impact 90 Is All About
The program typically spans three months, offering a well-structured blend of:

Recruitment Flow
1. Initial Screening
- Applications are reviewed based on a balanced profile, not just grades.

2. Final Interview
- Shortlisted candidates face an online interview (typically 40–45 minutes).

Stipend & Work Schedule
- Stipend: BDT 20,000 per month.
- Working Days: Sunday to Thursday.
- Start Time: 10:00 AM.
- End Time: Flexible, depending on workload and project needs.
- Note: Lunch expenses are not covered under this internship.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams within a fast-paced FMCG setup.
For many roles, strong Microsoft Excel skills are extremely helpful, as several assignments rely heavily on data handling and reporting.
