Head of SME Business

Standard Islami Bank is hiring a Head of SME Business (EVP to SEVP) to lead its CMSME and agriculture business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop CMSME products and services with the Chief Business Officer
  • Drive branches to acquire new SME customers and keep existing ones
  • Structure the SME loan portfolio in line with Bangladesh Bank guidelines
  • Manage refinance schemes with Bangladesh Bank, MFIs and development partners
  • Monitor non-performing SME loans and plan recovery
  • Build capacity of women entrepreneurs with BWCCI and SMEF

Requirements

  • Master’s degree; no third class or division in any academic record
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in SME Business at a reputed commercial bank
  • Deep knowledge of SME business, product development and agricultural business
  • Age 30 to 50 years
