Associate Manager - Card Operations (Card Settlement and Dispute Unit)

Mutual Trust Bank is hiring an Associate Manager for the Card Settlement and Dispute Unit of its Card Operations Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage issuing and acquiring disputes across card schemes and NPSB
  • Run card scheme settlements, merchant payments and reconciliations
  • Resolve settlement discrepancies and reconciliation breaks
  • Support automation and process improvement
  • Prepare operational reports and support audits

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s from a UGC-approved university; no third division or class
  • 6 to 7 years in card operations, settlement, disputes or payment reconciliation at a bank
  • Knowledge of card scheme rules, chargebacks and NPSB
  • JAIBB / AIBB preferred
  • Strong MS Excel
