Unit Head of Corporate Banking

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Corporate Banking Division to grow assets, liabilities and profitability
• Acquire new corporate and institutional clients and deepen existing relationships
• Grow corporate lending, deposits, trade finance and cash management
• Ensure sound credit assessment and compliance with Bangladesh Bank rules
• Lead and develop a high-performing team

Requirements

• Master’s degree; no third class or division in any academic record
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Corporate Business at a reputed commercial bank
• Deep knowledge of corporate business and client management
• Age 30 to 50 years
