Role Overview

Grameenphone Ltd is seeking a senior technology leader to head its Business DevOps function. The role focuses on driving ICT solutions across IoT, Cloud, Cyber Security, and Enterprise Mobility, aligning technology strategy with business growth and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage end-to-end ICT solution portfolio
Lead product lifecycle from ideation to deployment
Oversee DevOps teams and ensure CI/CD excellence
Drive automation, system reliability, and performance
Manage partner ecosystems and vendor relationships
Ensure TCO optimization and commercial viability
Define and execute technology roadmaps
Drive adoption of modern architectures and technologies

Technology Focus

IoT, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security
Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes
Open API integrations and enterprise platforms
Tools: Jira, Confluence, Selenium, SonarQube

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CSE, EEE, ECE, ETE or related field

Experience

8-10 years in ICT, telecom, or technology leadership
Experience managing large-scale DevOps teams
Strong portfolio and product management exposure

Strategic leadership and decision-making ability
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Stakeholder and partner management expertise
High ownership and delivery focus

This is a high-impact leadership role with career progression toward CTO, Head of Engineering, or Digital Transformation leadership positions.
