Manager / Senior Manager, Transport Network Optimization and Efficiency

Robi Axiata is hiring a Manager or Senior Manager in Technology to analyse, automate and optimise its end-to-end transport network: access, aggregation and backbone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Find E2E transport network optimisation and efficiency opportunities in access, aggregation and backbone
  • Prepare business cases and drive optimisation projects
  • Analyse and automate transport network processes, routing and planning tools
  • Resolve transmission link performance issues (TWAMP) with multiple stakeholders
  • Provide DCN and QoS plans for transport NEs and links
  • Improve transport KPIs: delay, jitter and packet loss

Requirements

  • BSc Engineering in EEE, ETE, CSE or Communication Engineering from a reputed university
  • Excellent knowledge of microwave, satellite, optical, synchronisation and IP/MPLS transport
  • Basic knowledge of 2G/4G/5G mobile networks
  • Project management, data analytics and basic AI and automation skills
