Area Sales Manager (General Trade)

Emami Bangladesh is hiring Area Sales Managers (General Trade) for Sylhet and Chattogram Metro to drive primary and secondary sales and distribution growth.

Role Summary

  • Achieve primary and secondary sales targets and drive distribution growth in the territory
  • Manage distributor operations, trade schemes and pricing compliance
  • Expand market coverage
  • Lead and develop the sales team; regular market visits
  • Monitor competitor activity

Requirements

  • BBA / MBA or equivalent from a reputed university
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in a reputed multinational or national FMCG (cosmetics or similar) company
  • Communication, strategic and analytical thinking, leadership and problem solving
  • Age at most 40 years
