Key Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities and potential within the assigned territory.
• Develop territory strategies aligned with the regional plan.
• Set monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets for each distributor.
• Monitor progress against redistribution value and volume targets.
• Ensure product availability across relevant channels through the distributor’s sales force, in line with company guidelines.
• Achieve merchandising and product displays according to Nestlé guidelines and standards.
• Ensure efficient use of POP materials according to Nestlé guidelines and standards.
• Implement all RTM programs within the territory.
• Execute regional and channel strategies and plans.
• Execute channel and distributor plans and conduct necessary follow-up.
• Implement all trade and merchandising visibility programs.
• Lead, coach, and develop the secondary sales team to execute channel and customer plans and achieve desired in-store conditions and sales objectives.
• Take overall accountability for operational programs within the assigned territory.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
• Result-focused mindset.
• Initiative-driven approach.
