Job Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards across the factory.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, HIRA/JSA, and identify workplace hazards.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with PPE, machine safety, fire safety, electrical safety, and emergency preparedness requirements.
• Conduct safety induction, toolbox talks, and awareness training for employees and workers.
• Monitor Permit to Work (PTW) and contractor safety compliance.
• Maintain HSE records, reports, inspection checklists, and audit documentation.
• Support internal, external, and regulatory HSE audits and ensure corrective actions are closed timely.
• Ensure compliance with applicable occupational health, safety, fire, and environmental regulations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Health, Safety & Environment.
• Good knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety and Factory HSE practices.
• Good understanding of applicable Bangladesh safety and regulatory requirements.
• Proactive, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a factory environment.
