Territory Manager

About the Role

Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited is looking for a Territory Manager to drive territory sales, dealer and customer engagement, painter penetration, market development, and business growth. The job location may be anywhere in Bangladesh depending on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Devise effective territory sales, dealer/customer, and painter penetration strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
• Gain insights into key business stakeholders through proficient management of sales force software and achieve annual coverage planning targets, including business and relationship calls.
• Analyse data for business decision-making through ground-level actions to increase brand reach, market share, consumer share, and display share within the operating segment.
• Conduct relationship calls with consumers, painters, and project owners to address concerns, provide solutions, and capture new business opportunities.
• Create business opportunities by utilizing available company resources and maintain sustainable relationships with key stakeholders through value-added business services.
• Execute financial norms and customer service guidelines to win deals.
• Maintain and streamline dealers’ agreements, balance confirmations, service delivery confirmations, merchandising agreements, and other incentive arrangements to ensure transparent and smooth operations at the end of every month.
• Organize and conduct training, workshops, and initiatives for internal and external stakeholders to improve productivity, increase loyalty, and gain market share from competitors.
• Prepare and present market visit reports to Line Management and the Branch Manager/Regional Manager to take proactive measures and respond to competitors’ activities to increase volume share in the territory.
• Regularly track performance by benchmarking targets against achievements and achieve objectives within the given timeline.

Educational Requirements

• BBA/MBA from a well-reputed university.

Experience Requirements

• Up to 2 years of relevant experience will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
