Officer – Production

Munshiganj Plant Deadline: 1 October 2026 (Thursday)

Position Requirements

Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production and packing schedules to ensure optimal yield and zero SKU variance.
Manage shift rotations, manpower allocation, and overtime, and foster a safety-first culture through training and team-building initiatives.
Ensure consistent product quality, prevent NCR batches, and respond swiftly to corrective actions.
Prepare RM/PM consumption reports, manage WIP tracking, and collaborate across departments for smooth operations.

Education Qualification

Graduate/Postgraduate in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Industrial & Production Engineering.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
Preferred industries: Chemical, Adhesives, FMCG.
