Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets while ensuring profitable sales growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Modern Trade and Institutional/Corporate clients.
• Identify new opportunities and expand the client base to achieve sustainable business growth.
• Negotiate commercial terms and finalize sales agreements in line with company policies and compliance requirements.
• Analyze sales activities, prepare reports, and take necessary problem-solving and corrective actions where required.
• Collect and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to propose appropriate development plans.
• Manage distributors to improve efficiency and ensure lifting of all product SKUs as per SOPs.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of institutional orders.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline with a good academic result.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
