About the Role

UNIQLO Production Management Candidate (UMC) Program is designed to develop future leaders in global apparel manufacturing. Selected candidates will work with factories, business partners, and international teams to improve Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) while contributing to operational excellence and manufacturing innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage production processes and improve Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD).
• Collaborate with factories and cross-functional teams to solve operational challenges.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and manufacturing innovation projects.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Take ownership of projects that improve business growth and operational efficiency.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline.
• Graduated in 2025, 2026, or expected to graduate by January 2027.

Candidate Profile

• Strong English communication skills.
• Leadership potential with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Interest in apparel manufacturing, textile production, factory operations, and innovation.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel regularly to factory locations.

• Starting salary: BDT 75,150 per month before tax.
