Administrator, System (MES)

The Role

• Define and enforce MES architecture standards, policies and best practices
• Develop long-term strategies for MES scalability, integration and modernization
• Oversee installation, configuration and maintenance of MES hardware and software
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery and performance optimization of MES systems
• Guarantee SLA compliance and system uptime across all MES platforms
• Serve as the escalation point for MES-related incidents and mentor MES/Helpdesk Engineers
• Lead testing and deployment of new MES technologies and drive automation initiatives

The Requirements

• Good crisis management, self-control and stress management skills
• Capacity to understand and evaluate priorities and urgencies
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in English, with excellent spoken and written communication skills
