Business Development Incharge (Construction Chemicals)

Pidilite Bangladesh is hiring a Business Development Incharge (Construction Chemicals) to generate demand for its construction chemicals and waterproofing solutions across Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate demand for construction chemicals through end-users
  • Identify new customers, markets and opportunities to drive business growth
  • Build demand for construction chemicals through key influencers
  • Adopt projects and lead conversion initiatives with waterproofing solutions
  • Conduct training programs to increase awareness and promote best waterproofing practices

Position Requirements

  • Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Business Development, Marketing or Sales role
  • Graduation or Post Graduation in Business (Diploma or B.Sc in Civil Engineering will be an added advantage)
  • Preferred industries: Paints, Cement, Construction Chemicals, Steel / Re-rolling
