Assistant Manager, Sales (Consumer Products Testing & Inspection)

Major Responsibilities

• Maintain regular visits to existing and potential customers to achieve individual and company sales targets
• Identify and qualify new prospects across brands, retailers, buying houses, sourcing offices, traders and manufacturers
• Lead discovery meetings, capability presentations, site visits and solution discussions
• Handle customer queries, generate price quotations, coordinate proposals and tenders, and negotiate commercial terms to deal closure
• Execute sales campaigns and cross-selling initiatives with existing clients
• Coordinate customer onboarding, credit setup and operational handover
• Monitor market trends, TIC industry dynamics, competitor activity and client requirements
• Maintain up-to-date entries in CRM / sales tracking software

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Management, or MBA in any discipline
• Or a Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering/Technology along with an MBA major in Marketing
• 7 to 8 years of relevant sales or business development experience in the TIC sector, garments accessories or related garment and textile service industries
• Proven track record of direct sales generation and key account management
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
