Head of Commercial Excellence and CX

  • Lead strategic commercial plans to expand market presence
  • Run distribution, co-marketing and localisation partnering projects
  • Build an omnichannel and digital health strategy around customer and patient journeys
  • Mentor the digital team and drive in-field execution
  • Partner with healthcare stakeholders, MoHFW, DGHS and key accounts
  • Set a CX and omnichannel performance framework

Requirements

  • University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, Public Health or Business
  • At least 5 years managing complex commercial projects and business development
  • Strong digital, omnichannel and agile skills in healthcare or a related sector
  • Strong knowledge of the Bangladesh pharmaceutical landscape
  • Experience leading cross-functional matrix teams
  • Full eligibility to live and work in Bangladesh
