Universal Officer, Distribution Network

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver General Banking services through digital and physical channels
• Receive and pay cash over the counter using the Core Banking System
• Follow AML/KYC guidelines and flag suspicious activity
• Achieve targets for deposits, loans, credit cards and account opening
• Process account opening, closing and modifications, pay orders, Sanchaypatra and card requests
• Resolve customer complaints and prepare internal and external reports

Requirements

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with a satisfactory academic record
• Fresh graduates can apply; 1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong command of Microsoft Office and an understanding of banking software
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills
