Specialist, Employee Relations

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the investigation and resolution of complex employee relations cases
• Manage risks and dependencies across the investigation lifecycle
• Turn lessons from investigations into evidence-based recommendations
• Act as the Employee Relations expert for Country Office Senior Management Teams
• Build Employee Relations capability in Country Office HR teams
• Improve Employee Relations processes, tools and systems

Requirements

• Significant experience leading complex employee relations investigations, grievances and disciplinary matters
• Expertise in giving strategic employee relations advice to senior leaders
• Strong investigation and report writing skills
• Right to work in the country where the role is based
• English required; Arabic, French or Spanish desirable
