Policy and Advocacy Associate

GAIN Bangladesh is hiring a Policy and Advocacy Associate in Dhaka to support research, policy materials and stakeholder work for healthier diets and resilient food systems.

Dhaka (hybrid)Deadline: 31 October 2026

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct desk research, literature reviews and landscape analysis
  • Compile and analyse data for reports and policy briefs
  • Support engagement with government and other stakeholders
  • Prepare materials for high-level meetings and policy events
  • Support project budgets, logframes and reporting

Requirements

  • University degree in economics, agriculture, development, business management or a related field
  • Experience supporting policy analysis, research and coordination
  • Understanding of food systems, nutrition and policy in Bangladesh
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; must already have the right to work in Bangladesh
