Vice President - Quality & Technical

Epic Group is hiring a Vice President - Quality & Technical for its Bhaluka factory to lead sampling, quality management and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with factories, fabric and accessories suppliers for a smooth production flow
  • Lead sampling development, production approvals and quality management
  • Design quality management systems and train the quality department
  • Analyse line-wise production, line balancing and efficiency
  • Monitor pilot runs so the first bulk output meets customer expectations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s (BA) in any discipline or Diploma
  • At least 7 years of experience in garments
  • Age at least 32 years
