Officer / Associate Manager, System Security and Risks, Information Security

BRAC Bank is hiring for its Information Security team in the Risk Management Division: Officer / Associate Manager, System Security and Risks.

Deadline: 26 October 2026

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain security policies, standards and procedures
  • Design and review secure cybersecurity architectures
  • Administer XDR, DLP, PAM, MFA, SIEM and other enterprise security solutions
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing and configuration reviews
  • Support ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS and other compliance initiatives

Requirements

  • Graduation in Information Security, Cyber Security, Computer Science or a related field (UGC-approved university)
  • Minimum 2 years of direct Information Security experience, or 3 years of Information Systems / Infrastructure experience
  • Certifications: CEH / CPEH, CHFI, GCIA / GCIH, CPT / LPT, CISSO / CCISO, CISA or ISO 27001 LI/LA expected
  • Familiarity with NIST, OWASP, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001 and COBIT
