Key Responsibilities

• Set and execute the strategy for the Retail Asset and Liability businesses
• Drive CASA, term deposit, payroll and student banking growth
• Oversee retail lending and credit card business growth
• Build tie-ups with developers, MNCs and corporates
• Keep the NPL ratio low through the collection and recovery teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Honours and Master’s, no third class or division in any academic record
• Minimum 8 years (VP to EVP) of progressive experience in Retail Business at a reputed commercial bank
• Strong analytical and quantitative capability
• Age 30 to 50 years
