Head of Sales Performance Management

Banglalink is hiring a Head of Sales Performance Management in Dhaka to lead KPI governance and analytics across its sales and distribution network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and run enterprise-wide sales and distribution performance management frameworks
  • Drive KPI governance across sales, distribution and channel operations
  • Lead AI/ML-driven analytics to forecast sales trends and spot growth opportunities
  • Set up real-time dashboards and automated reporting
  • Lead budgeting and ROI optimisation for sales and distribution investments, incentives and trade spend
  • Build and lead the analytics and governance team

Requirements

  • Graduation from any reputed university; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience
  • Strong understanding of the telecom business, subscribers, usage and sales
  • Deep knowledge of channel structures (distribution houses, retail, field force) and trade incentives
  • Expertise in KPI design, target setting and performance benchmarking
  • Experience with analytical and AI applications
