Senior Engagement Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for the Product Onboarding team
• Manage global clients through onboarding projects, from sales handover to go-live
• Lead several customer onboarding processes at once, managing timelines, risks and expectations
• Work with internal teams and implementation partners on structured onboarding programmes
• Use Salesforce, Jira, Zendesk, Gainsight and similar tools to run projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5-7+ years in customer success and project management in SaaS/PaaS
• Experience with global clients and international projects
• Familiarity with Agile, hybrid and Waterfall methods; PMP is a plus
• Understanding of A/B testing, experimentation, CMS and web technologies
• Excellent spoken and written English
