Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Officer

Concern Worldwide is hiring a MEAL Officer in Dhaka to run project MEAL systems for its health and nutrition work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build project MEAL frameworks, plans and data collection tools
  • Run digital data gathering on Concern’s iForm Builder system
  • Maintain the MEAL database of baselines, reviews and evaluations
  • Support annual outcome monitoring and baseline, midterm and endline studies
  • Give technical MEAL support to implementing partners
  • Document lessons learned, case studies and stories of change

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent in M&E / MIS / Social Science / Statistics
  • At least 3 to 4 years of M&E experience in development organisations
  • Experience with health, nutrition, climate resilience or urban programmes
  • Statistical analysis with SPSS, STATA or R
  • Experience with online data tools such as iForm Builder
