Manager, Partnership and Retail Media

Key Responsibilities

• Own the pandamart country trade campaign strategy and calendar
• Plan, run and measure all pandamart campaigns
• Set up in-app media assets: landing pages, banners, boosted SKUs
• Align commercial and marketing teams on featured promotions
• Track campaign performance and budgets daily

Requirements

• 4+ years in an ad agency, brand or retailer in an eCommerce role, ideally FMCG
• Track record of negotiating high-value partnerships with CPGs, media agencies or retailers
• Understanding of AdTech, programmatic advertising or PPC
• Analytical, data-driven and team management experience
• Fluent English and Bengali
