Social Services Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update the national Aftercare strategy for Bangladesh
• Build tools, models of care and training for IJM teams and partners
• Provide case management consultation for IJM clients
• Build partnerships with social service providers and represent IJM in coalitions
• Support data collection and M&E for Aftercare indicators

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology or a related field
• Minimum five years of relevant experience with survivors of trauma; clinical experience preferred
• Minimum five years of experience in team management
• Ability to train partners in English and Bengali
• Networking and partnering with social service providers
