Client Service Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily order submissions under the ISO/IEC 17025 management system
• Prepare and issue reports, quotations, sample notifications, hold memos and invoices
• Monitor turnaround time and report to the Lab Operations Manager
• Handle client communication by phone and email, and subcontract activities
• Support complaint investigation and corrective actions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Science, Arts or Commerce
• At least 3 years in third-party testing
• Client handling and basic laboratory testing knowledge
• Good English and Bangla
• Problem-solving and teamwork
