Associate Officer - Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate life skills, literacy, numeracy, resilience, agriculture and entrepreneurship training for Rohingya youth
• Prepare session plans and run pre- and post-session assessments
• Mentor youth and support inclusion of vulnerable participants
• Coordinate with camp-level stakeholders and the project team
• Uphold safeguarding and PSEA standards

Requirements

• Graduate degree in social sciences or related
• 2 to 3 years of similar work in a development organisation
• Rohingya response experience and strong facilitation skills
• Familiar with the Rohingya and local dialect
• Bangla and English; MS Office and Kobo
