Officer, ADC, Alternate Banking Channels

BRAC Bank is hiring Officers for its Alternate Banking Channels to load cash, collect deposits and keep its ATM, CRM and RCDM network running.

Anywhere in BangladeshDeadline: 26 October 2026

Key Responsibilities

  • Load cash at ATMs and recover captured cards
  • Collect RCDM cash bags and return them through the cash-in-transit provider
  • Handle first line maintenance of faulty terminals
  • Keep transit sheets, vouchers and security logs in order
  • Supervise booth upkeep by vendors

Requirements

  • Graduation or post-graduation from a UGC-approved university, preferably in Business, Finance or related
  • Fresh graduates can apply; 1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
  • Practical familiarity with ATM, CRM and RCDM machines
