Officer, Safety & Security

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor CIT movements to ensure secure cash transportation
• Supervise and ensure effective deployment and monitoring of security guards
• Retrieve and analyze CCTV footage for investigations and incident verification
• Ensure uptime and functionality of CCTV systems and report faults for quick resolution
• Ensure operational readiness of fire detection and firefighting systems across premises
• Conduct fire safety risk assessments, fire surveys and investigations, and verify fire evacuation plans
• Coordinate fire safety regulatory compliance with the Fire Service and other government authorities
• Maintain liaison with law enforcement agencies and coordinate responses to security incidents and emergencies

Key Qualifications

• Post Graduation / Graduation from a UGC-approved university with a satisfactory academic track record
• Freshers are especially encouraged to apply
• Fire Safety Manager Course (6 months) from the Fire Service will be an added advantage
• Practical knowledge and experience of fire safety systems and equipment is preferred
• Good interpersonal communication and typing skills in both English and Bangla
• Customer-centric, self-propelled and capable of meeting deadlines
