Habib Bank Limited (HBL) is seeking a Head - Corporate Banking to lead its Corporate Banking franchise in Bangladesh and drive growth across asset, liability and fee-based portfolios.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the Corporate Banking franchise and drive growth across asset, liability and fee-based portfolios
  • Develop and execute plans to acquire new corporate and institutional relationships
  • Drive growth in corporate lending, deposits, cash management, trade finance, treasury products and transaction banking
  • Ensure robust credit underwriting, portfolio management and risk assessment under HBL policies and Bangladesh Bank regulations
  • Monitor asset quality, industry trends and portfolio concentrations
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory, AML/CFT, Sustainable Finance and governance requirements
  • Lead business performance management against revenue, profitability, deposit and portfolio quality targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, Economics, Accounting, Banking or a related discipline
  • 18-20 years of experience, including at least 10 years in Corporate/SME banking in a senior position at a reputed local or foreign bank
