Associate, Human Resources (Organizational Development)

Mutual Trust Bank PLC (MTB) is hiring an Associate, Human Resources (Organizational Development) in the Officer to Senior Officer grade to support organization development, performance management, learning and development and talent management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the review and maintenance of organizational structures, organograms and manpower planning
  • Assist in standardizing Job Descriptions, Job Objectives and the JD-JO-KPI framework
  • Support Assessment Centre and Development Centre activities
  • Support the administration of MTB’s KPI- and competency-based Performance Management System
  • Coordinate the KPI sign-off process and the half-yearly review and rating cycle
  • Support the planning, coordination and execution of training and development programs
  • Support succession planning, leadership competency mapping and Management Trainee program administration
  • Maintain talent management databases, reports and HR analytics

Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors degree
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR/OD/PMS/L&D/Talent Management, preferably within the banking or financial services sector
  • Proficient in MS Office, with strong command of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis and dashboards)
  • Sound understanding of KPI and competency-based Performance Management concepts
  • Strong analytical, coordination and communication skills
  • Age 25 to 35 years
