RM / SRM, Corporate Banking (SEO-VP)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire and onboard new corporate clients in line with the bank’s business strategy
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients
• Achieve targets for loans, investments and deposits by cross-selling and up-selling banking products
• Conduct regular visits to existing and prospective clients
• Perform financial analysis, assess creditworthiness and prepare credit and investment proposals
• Monitor portfolio quality and minimize NPLs in line with bank policies and regulatory guidelines
• Prepare and review proposals, call reports and memos, and maintain accurate MIS and client files

Requirements

• MBA/MBM/Masters or four years’ Bachelor Degree (preferably Business) from UGC approved universities, with no 3rd class in academic records
• Minimum 16 years of schooling
• Minimum 05 years of banking experience, including at least 03 years in corporate banking
• Age at least 30 years
• Professional certification in Islamic Banking will be given preference
• Candidates currently serving in any Shariah-based bank will be given preference
• Preference for candidates with an MTO/PO background or recruited through a competitive examination
