Standard Islami Bank is hiring a Head of ADC (VP to EVP) to lead its Alternative Delivery Channel business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Alternative Delivery Channel division: ATM, CRM, POS and kiosks
  • Set the ADC strategy, annual business plan and budget
  • Plan network expansion and keep terminal uptime at its maximum
  • Manage vendors, switch providers and card schemes
  • Ensure Bangladesh Bank, card scheme and PCI DSS compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s / Honours and Master’s, no third class or division in any academic record
  • Minimum 8 years (VP to EVP) of progressive experience in Alternative Delivery Channel at a reputed commercial bank
  • Strong analytical and quantitative capability
  • Age 30 to 50 years
