bKash bnext Internship: What bKash Has Published, What It Hasn't, and How to Be Ready for the Next Window

bKash বছরে তিনবার bnext internship আয়োজন করে, আর প্রতিটি application window খোলা থাকে মাত্র প্রায় দুই সপ্তাহ। April 2026 এ Summer window 5 April এ open হয়ে 18 April এ close হয়েছে। Post প্রকাশের পর CV তৈরি শুরু করলে তখন অনেকটাই দেরি হয়ে যায়। এই guide এ bKash bnext নিয়ে আসলে কী publish করেছে, কী publish করেনি, past candidates selection process নিয়ে কী বলেছেন এবং পরের window এর আগে কী কী প্রস্তুত রাখা যায়, সেগুলো তুলে ধরা হয়েছে। Past timing অনুযায়ী পরের intake সবচেয়ে সম্ভাব্যভাবে Spring 2027 হতে পারে।

What bnext is

bnext is the flagship internship programme of bKash Limited, the mobile financial service company. bKash launched it under that name in October 2021 for undergraduates, with intakes in three semesters: Spring, Summer and Fall. At launch it described an induction, learning modules, mentorship, and monthly check ins with an HR business partner and project managers. The 2021 press coverage spelled it "bNext"; bKash's own posts now write "bnext".

Interns are placed across functions. The Spring 2026 circular, as reproduced by job listings, named Marketing, Product and Technology, Finance and Accounts, HR, Legal, Supply Chain, Enterprise Risk Management, Communications, External and Corporate Affairs, and Commercial.

What bKash has published, and what it hasn't

When it opens

bKash bnext এর জন্য কোনো calendar publish করে না, তবে তাদের own posts এ একটি consistent pattern দেখা যায়। Spring intake টানা দুই cycle এ November এ close হয়েছে: 25 November 2023 এবং 15 November 2025। Summer intake close হয়েছে 26 March 2024 এবং 18 April 2026। Fall 2026 close হয়েছে 4 July 2026। তাই পরের call সবচেয়ে সম্ভাব্যভাবে Spring 2027 হতে পারে, around late October or November 2026। এটি pattern থেকে আমাদের estimate, bKash ঘোষিত কোনো date নয়। Practical বিষয়টি হলো application window খুব short: first post থেকে deadline পর্যন্ত roughly দুই সপ্তাহ।

Who can apply

Spring 2026 circular এর তথ্য যেসব job listings এ reproduced হয়েছে, সেখানে minimum CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00, internship ছাড়া all coursework 4 January 2026 এর মধ্যে completed থাকা এবং January 2026 এর second week থেকে শুরু হওয়া 3 থেকে 4 month internship এর জন্য available থাকার কথা বলা হয়েছিল। Active involvement in extracurricular activities preferred হিসেবে উল্লেখ ছিল। Fall 2026 listing এও CGPA 3.00 এবং August 2026 এর মধ্যে coursework completed থাকার কথা বলা হয়। এই lines আমরা bKash page এ পড়তে পারিনি, কারণ bKash details তাদের post images এবং application form এ দেয়, আর form এখন closed। তাই এগুলো reported information হিসেবে দেখুন এবং apply করার আগে next circular নিজে পড়ে নিন।

2021 সালে launch এর সময় bKash বলেছিল, যেকোনো discipline এর students apply করতে পারবে এবং local ও foreign students দুজনেই eligible ছিল। Location এর বিষয়টি তুলনামূলকভাবে less clear। November 2023 এবং March 2024 এ bKash দুটি আলাদা link post করেছিল, একটি Dhaka এর ভিতরের internship এর জন্য এবং অন্যটি Dhaka এর বাইরের internship এর জন্য। 2025 এবং 2026 এর posts এ একটি single link রয়েছে। April 2026 এ একজন commenter জানতে চেয়েছিলেন internship Rajshahi থেকে করা যাবে কি না, তবে আমরা কোনো public answer পাইনি। Dhaka এর বাইরে থাকলে পরিকল্পনা করার আগে circular এ location line দেখে নিন।

Compared with the other internships in this series, bnext sits at the stricter end on grades: Banglalink's Digitalyst takes any background with no CGPA line, and Syngenta's ASPIRE states none either, while Nestlé's Nesternship also asked for 3.00.

How selection works

When bKash launched bnext it described "a rigorous selection process" of four parts. Two alumni interviewed by TBS Graduates in April 2026 described the same sequence from the inside, starting with the form.

bKash has not said whether any of these stages is online or in person, and the format can change from one intake to the next.

bKash দুটি number publish করেছিল, যেগুলো যেকোনো listing এর চেয়ে recruitment funnel সম্পর্কে বেশি ধারণা দেয়। 19 November 2025 এ, Spring 2026 deadline এর চার দিন পর, তারা post করেছিল "From a crowd of thousands, 2,528 earned their spot!" 19 April 2026 এ, Summer 2026 deadline এর পরের দিন, তারা post করেছিল "Thousands stepped in, and 2,596 stepped up!" দুইটি post এই aptitude test hashtag বহন করে, তাই এগুলো CV screening এর পর aptitude test এ ডাকা candidates এর number বলে মনে হয়। কতজন apply করেছে বা চূড়ান্তভাবে কতজন intern select করেছে, bKash তা publish করেনি। তবে number দুটি থেকে বোঝা যায়, first cut হয় CV দিয়ে এবং প্রতি cycle এ roughly 2,500 জন test এ ডাকা হয়।

Notice প্রকাশের সময়ও খুব short হতে পারে। 19 September 2024 এ bKash aptitude test এ এগিয়ে যাওয়া candidates দের congratulate করে Sunday, 22 September at 7 PM এর জন্য calendar এ date mark করতে বলেছিল। অর্থাৎ হাতে ছিল মাত্র তিন দিন। Shortlist প্রকাশ হওয়ার পর preparation শুরু করার মতো সময় থাকে না।

Preparing for each stage

Aptitude test: April 2026 এ TBS Graduates কে দুইজন bnext alumni জানিয়েছিলেন, test এ English এর জন্য 10 marks, math এর জন্য 10, critical reasoning এর জন্য 5 এবং general knowledge এর জন্য 5 marks ছিল। এটি তাদের account, bKash এর কোনো official syllabus নয় এবং cycle অনুযায়ী পরিবর্তন হতে পারে। তাদের একজন বলেছিলেন, তিনি IBA, BUP এবং JU admission tests এর জন্য যে question banks ব্যবহার করেছিলেন, সেগুলোই revise করেছিলেন। অন্যজন English grammar এবং basic math ঝালিয়ে নেওয়ার পরামর্শ দিয়েছিলেন।

FGD এবং case: একই alumni দের মতে শুরুতেই initiative নিতে হবে, তবে dominating না হয়ে। অন্যদের points শুনে সেগুলোর উপর build করতে হবে। Case discussion এ সাহায্য করার জন্য bKash এর key statistics এবং recent initiatives সম্পর্কে কিছু basic knowledge নিয়ে আসাও useful। Final stage এ tight deadline এর মধ্যে case solve করে present করতে হতে পারে। একজন alumnus বলেছিলেন, তিনি প্রথমে case solve করেছিলেন, একটি plain draft slide তৈরি করেছিলেন এবং design এর চেয়ে pitch এর জন্য নিজের সময় বেশি ব্যয় করেছিলেন।

Interview: দুজনেই বলেছেন, questions তাদের own CV থেকে এসেছে, যার মধ্যে listed experiences ভিত্তিক situational questions ও ছিল। একজনের interview এর বড় একটি অংশ ছিল তার club work নিয়ে: তিনি কী করেছিলেন, কেন সেই roles বেছে নিয়েছিলেন এবং কী contribute করেছিলেন। তাই CV এর প্রতিটি line এর পেছনে এমন একটি story থাকা দরকার, যা এক মিনিটের মধ্যে explain করা যায়।

Is it paid?

আমরা পড়া কোনো bKash post, 2021 সালের launch coverage বা TBS Graduates interview এ stipend এর কোনো figure পাইনি। কিছু website bnext এর জন্য monthly amount publish করে, কিন্তু কোনোটিই bKash source এর link দেয় না। তাই আমরা কোনো number repeat করছি না। Offer পেলে HR কে stipend সম্পর্কে জিজ্ঞেস করা সম্পূর্ণ স্বাভাবিক।

What happens after bnext

2021 সালে bnext launch হওয়ার সময় bKash বলেছিল interns যারা এটি complete করবে "will have a higher chance to land a job at bKash"। এটি better chance এর কথা, কোনো promise নয় এবং আমরা কোনো published conversion rate পাইনি। bnext কে দেশের বড় fintech companies এর একটিতে serious experience এবং CV তে strong line হিসেবে দেখুন, পাশাপাশি এর সঙ্গে নিজের job search চালিয়ে যান।

The intake is a real cohort, not a scattering of individual interns. bKash welcomed its Fall 2025 interns together on 4 September 2025, and the Spring 2026 circular gave one joining week, the second week of January. What to get ready now

A short checklist for the weeks before the Spring 2027 post:

• Coursework date confirmed. Know the exact month your last course ends. The Spring 2026 cutoff was 4 January 2026.
• CGPA checked against the reported 3.00 line, on a 4.00 scale.
• CV finished, one page, with what you did and what came of it for every club, competition and project.
• A one minute story ready for every line on that CV.
• Aptitude practice from admission test question banks: English, basic math, critical reasoning, general knowledge.
• bKash basics you can use in a case: what it does, a few recent initiatives, a few headline numbers from its own pages.
• Notifications on for bKash Career on Facebook and bKash Limited on LinkedIn, and your university career office's notices.

A word of caution

Apply করবেন শুধু bKash নিজের bKash Career Facebook page অথবা LinkedIn page এ যে link post করে, সেই link দিয়ে। 2026 এর applications ওই posts থেকে linked একটি Google Form এর মাধ্যমে নেওয়া হয়েছিল এবং কোথাও কোনো application fee আমরা পাইনি। কেউ bnext এ ঢুকিয়ে দেওয়ার জন্য টাকা চাইলে, অথবা এমন কোনো form পাঠালে যা bKash এর own pages থেকে linked নয়, সেটি bKash এর process নয়। আরেকটি বিষয় হলো, bnext posts এর নিচে অনেকে phone numbers এবং account problems comments এ লিখে দেন। Career page customer support নয়, তাই comment এ কখনো নিজের number, PIN বা account details দেবেন না।
