Senior Protection Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Give strategic and technical direction to protection programming (WPE, Child Protection, PRoL)
• Plan, implement and monitor protection activities
• Support business development, proposals and donor reporting
• Represent IRC in the Protection Cluster and coordination forums
• Coach and develop the protection team leads

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in international development, law, human rights or related; Master’s preferred
• At least 10 years managing protection programmes in humanitarian response
• 3 to 5 years in senior coordination or leadership roles
• Cox’s Bazar / Rohingya response experience highly preferred
• Proposal writing and donor engagement
• Excellent written and spoken English
