Program Officer

KOICA’s Bangladesh Office is hiring a Program Officer in Dhaka to support its bilateral ODA projects and World Friends Korea volunteers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support monitoring and administration of KOICA’s bilateral ODA projects
  • Manage World Friends Korea volunteers and dispatched personnel
  • Handle customs, visas, duty-free privileges and vehicle registration for dispatched personnel
  • Liaise with ERD, ministries, customs and beneficiary institutions
  • Handle official correspondence and organise office events and visits

Requirements

  • Bangladeshi national
  • Bachelor’s or higher in Development Studies, IR, Public or Business Administration or related
  • Minimum 3 years in project management, administration or logistics with international organisations, NGOs or donors
  • Fluent English and Bengali
  • Korean language (TOPIK) is preferred
