Programme Manager, Equal Human Rights Programme

NETZ is hiring a Programme Manager for its Equal Human Rights Programme (human rights and advocacy) at its Dhaka office.

Dhaka, with frequent field visitsDeadline: 5 November 2026

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage human rights, advocacy and democratic dialogue projects with partner NGOs
  • Prepare activity plans and guide partner NGO staff
  • Monitor projects and develop monitoring tools
  • Support proposal development and give technical support through field visits
  • Coordinate with donors, the NETZ Germany office and other stakeholders
  • Draft narrative project reports

Requirements

  • Master’s in any discipline from a reputed university, Social Science preferred
  • At least 7 years in reputed national or international NGOs in a similar position
  • Strong communication and documentation skills in Bangla and English
  • Project management and knowledge of human rights and advocacy issues
  • Age 35 to 50 years
