Communications Specialist

Plan International Bangladesh is hiring a Communications Specialist in Cox’s Bazar to lead communications for its humanitarian and resilience programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and run integrated communications for the Humanitarian and Resilience portfolio
  • Lead content, editorial, photography, video, design and storytelling
  • Manage media and digital communications
  • Produce donor-facing materials that support fundraising
  • Work with programme, communications and sponsorship teams

Requirements

  • Master’s in Mass Communication & Journalism, PR, IR, Development or Humanitarian Studies or related
  • At least 6 years in communications, media or advocacy in development and humanitarian organisations
  • At least 2 years directly in the humanitarian sector
  • Hands-on emergency and disaster communications experience
  • Bangladeshi citizens only
