HSSE Senior Associate (Environmental Management)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate HSSE documentation, management plans and risk assessments
• Monitor contractor compliance with approved HSSE plans
• Run field inspections and follow up incident reports and investigations
• Compile monthly HSSE and GESI monitoring reports
• Facilitate HSSE, PSEAH and GBV awareness and training sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in OHS, Public Health, Engineering, Risk Management or a relevant field with 3 years of relevant experience (or secondary school with 7 years)
• Experience in HSSE management of projects
• Experience in risk assessments, inspections, incident investigations and training
• Master’s degree in a relevant field is desired
