Lead - IT & Digitalization

ACI Godrej Agrovet is hiring a Lead - IT & Digitalization to own its technology and digital agenda, from secure IT infrastructure and SAP to automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and run the IT infrastructure strategy, governance, policies and roadmap
  • Keep networks, servers, cloud, end-user devices and security systems available and secure
  • Manage backup, disaster recovery, cybersecurity, audits and IT risk
  • Own SAP operations and lead digital and automation initiatives across the business
  • Manage IT vendors, contracts, SLAs and CAPEX / OPEX budgets
  • Lead and develop the IT team and coordinate with the Godrej IT & Digital team

Requirements

  • BSc in Computer Science & Engineering or Information Technology
  • 12 to 15 years of experience, at least 5 in senior IT and digital leadership
  • Hands-on SAP (ECC and S/4HANA) in a business-owner or programme-lead role
  • Enterprise networks (SD-WAN, firewalls, data centre, DR), cybersecurity and IT audits
  • Age 30 to 45 years
