Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree; candidates who have completed all academic courses except the mandatory internship are eligible.
CGPA of 3.00 or above.
Fresh graduates or final-year students from Business, Marketing, or related disciplines.
Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
Proficiency in Excel and MS Word/Sheets.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Interest in FMCG trade marketing and commercial operations.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

Track whether retailers receive delivery memos with correctly applied promotional discounts, ensuring alignment with approved trade offers.
Track the distribution status of the correct promotional amounts.
Track display gift distribution status by comparing entitlement with actual receipt.
Monitor wholesale benefit disbursement and identify execution gaps.
Maintain structured trackers and highlight discrepancies in trade execution.
Coordinate with Sales and Trade Marketing teams for issue resolution and follow-up.
