Director, Indirect Sales

Banglalink is hiring a Director, Indirect Sales in Dhaka to lead its retail business strategy, sales and distribution ecosystem and retail P&L.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the retail business strategy for revenue growth, market share, acquisition and retention
  • Scale adjacent businesses: fintech, devices, home internet and digital services
  • Shape the sales and distribution ecosystem: RTM, channel expansion and digital distribution
  • Own the retail business P&L, trade spend and ROI-driven investment planning
  • Set governance, compliance and control frameworks across distribution operations
  • Lead nationwide sales and distribution teams through data-driven KPI governance

Requirements

  • Graduation from any reputed university; MBA preferred
  • 15+ years of experience
  • Deep understanding of the Bangladesh telecom market (subscriber growth, ARPU, data monetization)
  • Strong knowledge of multi-channel retail models and trade spend efficiency
  • Command of KPI frameworks, sales productivity metrics and analytics/AI
  • Knowledge of telecom, distribution and fintech regulation in Bangladesh
