KYC Quality & Governance Manager, Mukto Pay

Banglalink is hiring a KYC Quality & Governance Manager to lead KYC file testing for Mukto Pay.

DhakaDeadline: 14 November 2026

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the KYC Conformance and Correction Team testing every KYC file after activation
  • Test eKYC and paper KYC files for customers, merchants, agents and distributors
  • Log exceptions, follow corrections and refer suspicious cases to AML&CFT Compliance
  • Manage a team of permanent and contract testers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in business, finance, economics, law, accounting, engineering, CS, statistics or related
  • Minimum 7 years in KYC/CDD, KYC QC, compliance testing, internal audit or AML, 3 leading a team
  • Knowledge of BFIU e-KYC Guidelines and Bangladesh Bank regulations
  • CAMS, CFE, CIA or equivalent preferred
