Complaint Resolution & SLA Governance Manager, Mukto Pay

Banglalink is hiring a Complaint Resolution & SLA Governance Manager for Mukto Pay, its new payment service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end complaint management for customers, merchants, agents and partners
  • Set and govern SLAs, escalation levels and service KPIs
  • Resolve payment disputes: failed, reversed, unauthorized and disputed transactions
  • Keep complaint handling in line with Bangladesh Bank directives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, IS or related
  • 8 to 10 years of experience, at least 3 in a managerial role
  • Complaint, dispute or SLA experience in a bank, MFS, PSP, fintech or payment gateway
  • Knowledge of Bangladesh’s payment ecosystem and Bangladesh Bank regulations
