Manager - Quality Assurance

Key Responsibilities

• Head the factory’s quality function against customers’ quality standards
• Achieve set targets and implement the factory’s quality objectives
• Rectify and resolve escalated quality issues
• Run quality improvement projects and initiatives
• Manage the quality team
• Follow the organisation’s health and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Textile / Clothing Technology, Materials Management or a relevant stream
• 5 to 8+ years of relevant experience in the apparel industry
• Strong knowledge of fabric testing, fabric types, inspection and wash-dye processes
• Knowledge of packing methods, trims, shipping destinations and AQL levels
